Refund policy

At Someplace Sunny, every necklace is handmade in small batches using natural gemstones and thoughtfully sourced materials. Because each piece is made in limited quantities, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or natural variations in gemstones. Slight differences in color, shape, and pattern are part of what makes each piece unique.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us at shopsomeplacesunny@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item so we can make it right.
